If your rates are based off of a major carrier such as UPS, FedEX, or USPS, you can specify that right in your Google Base account center. Google will then calculate your shipping rates based on the carrier's rate table. If you have special exceptions such as applying an additional fee for items over a certain weight, no prob. You can set exception rules in your Google Base account as well. If you don't use one of the major carriers, you can sumit your own custom rate table right in your Google Base account.
